Christmas Series Begins

CaLB-EndPage-2It’s difficult to comprehend the bold proclamation of the Gospel writers that, “God became human.” A message of profound love that the Almighty God would step down from his heavenly throne to enter the life of human beings as a human being. And by bodily form taking upon himself and bearing the nature, essence, guilt and suffering of human beings. Join us this Christmas as we celebrate the Christmas story that really is beyond all our understanding: out of love for human beings, God became a human being. Christmas at LifeBridge, Sundays at 9:30 & 11:15 am.

childdeddecLifeBridge believes children are a gift from God, and we are very excited that you are investigating child dedication. Child dedication is a public commitment you make before God, your church, and your family.

The dedication service provides you, the parent(s), with an opportunity to express publically your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, so your child will develop a desire to love God and love others.

Our next Child Dedication will be held during our Sunday worship services on Dec 13CLICK HERE to sign up today. For additional information, please email Tara Sanders,

Operation Christmas Child Day: Nov. 17th @ Lifebridge 10:30-12:00
Bring supplies ready to pack a box for a child age/gender of your choice  (the dollar store has lots of great stuff). We will meet at the church to pack our boxes and to let our kids make some Christmas crafts to put in the boxes. We will also have a snack and playtime for the kids so the moms can hang out too. You will need $7.00 to cover the cost of shipping the box.  This is a great way to bond with your kids while teaching about a giving heart!

Elisha: A Tale of Ridiculous Faith // New Series

elishaElisha: A Tale of Ridiculous Faith
Can you imagine what could happen if we gave control of our life to God? It’s scary, but the benefits are world-altering. The story of Elisha challenges us to answer God’s calling and take the risks that are necessary to do His will. It’s time we start taking risks and making decisions the world doesn’t understand. Come see what life can look like when we let go…when we decide to have Ridiculous Faith.

Join us Sundays at 9:30 am & 11:15 am

Bible-app-icon-english-200x200-d90bcab39ec009c83ecbcf672c7f41dbElisha is one of the most fascinating people found in God’s word. He was a prophet whose faith and miracles seem almost ridiculous. During this 13-day reading plan you will you read though the life of Elisha and learn from his example of what life can look like when you let go and decide to live with ridiculous faith.

NYC & The Hemorrhoid from “HE Double Hockey Sticks”

5429c32b425f183f61bf7316_new-york-city-skylineI just got back from New York City, which now ranks high on my list as one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever had. Along with several of the LifeBridge staff & wives, we went primarily to attend the Hillsong NY Conference. The conference absolutely inspired us all, but what we experienced by being together for six days was even better than expected. Just like camp, a missions trip, or family vacation, six days with anyone and you’re going to get to know one another on a whole different level.

Here’s a few highlights:

  • Navigating the Subway System is a great team building exercise. Requires patience, trust and risk.
  • The 9/11 Memorial Museum & St. Patrick’s Cathedral are Sacred Pilgrimages. Holy moments of reflection.
  • Six days together can turn friends into family. Especially when everyone knows you have to “sit this one out” because you have a hemorrhoid flare up. It hurt like “HE Double Hockey Sticks.”
  • We witnessed a miracle. At the Conference, thousands of us prayed for Mexico as the largest hurricane on record passed by. “We as government are not supposed to mention faith and God but the only thing I can tell you is that God helped and watched over us so this monster of a hurricane did not hurt us here in Nayarit and in Mexico,”Roberto Sandoval, governor of Nayarit state, told CNN en Español.
  • Carl Lentz & Judah Smith can flat-out preach. “I got saved again” was how most described it. Holy Spirit Bombs going off everywhere.

There’s so much more I could share, but suffice it to say, I absolutely love the team God has brought together at LifeBridge. What a privilege to serve with such legit friends family.
